HOW IS YOUR JEWERLY PRODUCED?

All of our products are hand-made in our California studio.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY JEWELRY TO SHIP?

All of our pieces are made by hand, and most pieces are made once you order. We are usually able to make and ship pieces within three to five business days.

WHY DO THE STONES ON MY PIECE LOOK DIFFERENT THAN THOSE ON THE WEBSITE?

We value the unique natural qualities of all the material we use. Many of our stones have natural texture, inclusions or coloring that can differ from stone to stone.

CAN YOU MADE JEWELRY WITH A DIAMOND OR STONE I OWN?

Please email danielle@daniellewelmond.com and show us a photo along with any ideas your may have for the new piece, and we'll put together a quote for the other materials and labor required.

THE CARE GUIDE

  • Preserve your jewelrys' plating by avoiding contact with cleaning agents, beauty products, water and chemicals.

  • Remove jewelry prior to exercise, washing your hands or swimming.

  • Protect your jewelry by storing your items in a dry area.

  • Clean your jewelry with a dry cotton cloth to renew its shine.

  • Natural gemstones can be fragile. Do not use paper towels to clean your gemstones as they can cause scratching.

Our fine jewelry is made of 14k and 18k gold. These metals will not oxidize or discolor with proper care.

  • Fine jewelry can be washed with warm water and mild soap. Make sure to rinse well!

  • Dry completely with a soft cloth.

  • Natural gemstones such as sapphires and topaz can be fragile, we recommend avoiding using harsh chemicals when wearing your jewelry. Do not use paper towels to clean your gemstones as they can cause scratching.
